We strive for excellence in Customer Service with direct communication between the customer and our drivers. We are available to answer your questions and concerns 24 hours a day all year round. Our Logistics team will work closely with you to ensure all needs are met, covering every aspect of your shipment from pickup to delivery. All quotes are completely free. We don’t believe in hidden charges. You will receive a shipping contract that will outline all charges for the entire transport. There will not be any other charges or fees outside of this contract.  On occasion, things do happen in transit. If we are transporting your vessel on your trailer, or any other trailer that belongs to the customer, we will do everything possible to make sure it is completely roadworthy before transport. If there is mechanical or tire failure in transit, Our drivers are all trained and certified to effectively diagnose and repair your trailers in any circumstance. The customer will be notified immediately of the situation, and given all options and costs for repair. Repairs will be made upon approval from the customer with receipts and labor invoices provided at delivery.
